COVID-19 and market conditions and volatility
The global corona virus pandemic has caused extreme day-to-day investment price volatility. As a result, investment portfolios can deviate considerably, depending on their individual rebalancing profile. Whilst you continue to receive quarterly portfolio valuations, the OMW Wealth Select website https://www.oldmutualwealth.co.uk/mpsperformance/ provides details of the dates and the specific category of portfolios that have experienced drops in value of 10% or more.
Additionally, you will recently have received, directly from OMW, an invitation to register/visit their online customer centre should you wish to view your current portfolio valuation statement and account information. Full details will be in the letter your received.
However, if you prefer to speak to us or have any questions about the impact of coronavirus on your finances or your long-term plans, then please get in touch with your usual Black Dog Financial Services adviser who will be happy to discuss your concerns regarding the value or risk category of your investment or pension plans
The Black Dog Financial Services email detail is available on our website contact page or you can telephone us on 01343 552900.
